Summary/Abstract: Man is improved through work. Work is an important value in the life of every human being – in the life of a young person – a candidate for an employee, an adult – an employee, and in retirement age – a retired person. At each stage of professional development, it should be both the goal and the effect of upbringing. How do teachers perceive their work? What aspects of work are most important to you? The article attempts to answer these questions and presents teachers' statements about work as a value in human life.
