Summary/Abstract: Following a long evolving process catalyzed by law-making factors (social, economic, political, etc.), in turn influenced on a global scale by other factors, various types of law have emerged, which are constantly changing. This explains the fact that the concept of the evolution of law, which has been developed since the 18th century, has acquired an axiomatic value. Therefore, the importance of studying the types of law lies in knowing the specific determinants of the evolution of the law, which help us understand the main features of the types of law (and not the insignificant details that differentiate them), that is to say, to understand the content and essence of the law.
