Detailed ethical provisions regarding psychological diagnosis in the second part of the PTP Psychologist's Code of Ethics - history of discussion

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the history of discussions of Team for Ethical Codex in The Field of Psychological Diagnosis of PTP, which resulted in the creation of detailed ethical provisions regarding psychological assessment in part 2 of the Code of Ethics of the Psychologist of the Polish Psychological Association of October 1, 2020. Specialists representing various areas of psychology undertook a discussion on the ethical aspects of diagnosis. The result of the discussion was the development of key ethical principles important in psychological diagnosis. The document can be a useful tool for psychologists dealing with diagnosis.
