FINANCING PROBLEMS OF ENTERPRISES OPERATING IN THE FIELD OF SPORTS BUSINESS IN AZERBAIJAN

Summary/Abstract: Sports started to be accepted as a relatively new business by society. Stable financing, sponsorship partnerships, budget management, advertising campaigns and sports brands have entered the market, and this is just the beginning. In recent years, economic relations in the field of sports and sports industry in Azerbaijan have undergone significant changes: the macroeconomic environment has fundamentally changed, property relations and infrastructures in the system of sports organizations have changed qualitatively, economic relations in the field of sports industry have undergone significant changes, many sports clubs, teams and federations are based on the market has become In addition, the radical transformation processes in Azerbaijani sports are not over yet, there are many things that need to be done to bring the local sports industry to a leading position. An important role for a successful business is played by the material base and financial resources of the sports organization. Although it is possible at certain stages of economic activity, it is extremely difficult to do business without these important components. A sports institution with no financial basis and insufficient funds has to live in debt, which leaves a negative mark on all its activities. the possible result is bankruptcy and withdrawal from the market. In the article, the financing problems of enterprises operating in the field of sports management in Azerbaijan were investigated.
