CURRENT STATUS AND PROBLEMS OF INTERVENTION RISK INSURANCE IN THE INSURANCE MARKET OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

Summary/Abstract: State support for the development of entrepreneurship in our country is one of the priorities of the country's leadership. In this regard, the application of comprehensive reforms in the field of taxation and customs, the provision of employment loans under appropriate conditions, and the continuation of this type of work today determine the development of entrepreneurship. At the same time, in addition to the work done, the issue of protecting entrepreneurs from unknown and accidental negative events of the market and the outside world is of particular importance. Without a doubt, one of the key factors in the sustainability of a modern economy is to minimize the consequences of risks in the business world. Of course, on the one hand, in the economic environment, market activities are carried out, and on the other hand, the changes that take place in the legal framework are realized. Traditionally, insurance has been effective in eliminating these types of losses, and for this reason it is an important financial mechanism. Entrepreneurship risks, the investment risks of cash and other sources in any production process today, the possible snow loss risks caused by the cessation or interruption of production, the risks of innovation, that is, with the advent of new equipment and technology. is especially important. The trials of existing insurance companies show that insurers are very careful in insuring their business risks. The article examines the risks of existing business insurance and analyzes existing problems.
