Summary/Abstract: Knowledge people gain over the years lasts less, while the number of people who require new knowledge increases. Learning today is not just focused on classrooms and formal learning in educational institutions. It is an activity that lasts over the whole life-time. Therefore, life-long learning concept through different formal and informal programs is widely considered. Blended learning method is closely connected with the life-long learning and can be described as a learning program which involves more than one tool for presentation of content and which goal is optimization of results of education and its costs. Modern view of blended learning involves usage of direct presentation techniques and communication supported by information and communication technologies. This paper presents a program of education „Train-the-trainer“ developed for the Centers for education of judges and prosecutors in BiH. It provides also the most important success factors of e-learning and e-content development in online education of judges and prosecutors using blended learning method.
