Summary/Abstract: The paper provides an overview of the ministers of the interior from the return of the Obrenović family to Serbia in January 1859 until the proclamation of the Kingdom of Serbia in 1882. Their brief biographies are also given, and for some of them, such as Vladislava Vujović and Radivoj Milojković, these are the first serious biographies in our professional literature.
