LEADERSHIP IN TERMS OF MODERN TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT

Summary/Abstract: The sharp changes with the tendencyto increase, both in depth and in scope, necessarily impose to analyse the former and future states and developments in society. Simply put, it is exactly from this need that the different understandings and viewpoints on the effort and way to forecast the future come from, while they all have to adhere to the basic economic postulates. This paper attempts to describe some of the important segments of how organizational units work from one of the possible viewpoints, and in this way to contribute to the future. Contemporary economic conditions, characterized by turbulent changes, impose the need for leadership as the means of survival and organizational develoment. When placed in this context, the retrospective of development of leadership and different conditions of doing business in various social circumstances and various understandings and manifestations of this phenomenon, as well as the many possible routes of its implementation in contemporaty organizations of the future, the retrospective analysis can contribute to a correct understanding and implementation of this phenomenon.
