DATABASE OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AS A BASIS GOVERNMENT SECTOR MANAGEMENT

Summary/Abstract: The performances of automatic data exchange between the bodies of e-government, much depends on the performance of the entire system of public administration in one country. Basic data-base registers used in e-government systems typically organize and maintain various subjects of e-government. They must provide a transparent way to use these databases from any governmental authority that is authorized to do so, as well as the standard interface which provides full security of these registers. The introduction of e-business in public administration there is a change: the way of management, conversation and communication, decision making, business transactions, accepting feedback, as well as ways of organizing and disseminating information in the public administration. It is also the key to the success of managers who manage the government sector.
