Summary/Abstract: Abstract: Procedural guarantees protect citizens, such as influencing our national legislation, as the European Court of Human Rights has. Although rare, an accused person may also appear as a recognizer in various circumstances related to his defence. The tactical organization of identification in these cases is similar to the organization of identification by witnesses, with additional specific activities associated with the legal protection of accused persons and their procedural situation being undertaken.
