Summary/Abstract: The blueprint for the future of European states was created in 1990 in Paris. It was a period of great changes and even greater expectations in which European countries tried to free themselves from the legacy of the past. At that point in time it was determined that “the era of European conflicts and divisions is over (...) and that a new era of democracy, peace and unity is beginning”. Less than a year after this ambitious plan was made, wars and conflicts began on European soil. We therefore ask ourselves today, thirtytwo years later, whether the future thus imagined should have illuminated the way towards better relations among all European states, including Bosnia and Herzegovina (hereinafter referred to as BiH)? Has the time finally come for a blueprint for the future of the State of Bosnia and Herzegovina?
