HUMAN RIGHTS AS CHILDREN’S RIGHTS IN THE INTERNATIONAL SPACE – DOCUMENT ANALYSIS

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present human rights and the rights of the child in the international sphere. The adopted research problems relate to the following documents: the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, the Declaration of the Rights of the Child and the Convention on the Rights of the Child. Children’s rights should be regarded as the subjective rights of every child. The awareness of the problem is essential to implement the regulations in the field of international and national law. It will normalize all the issues related to children’s rights. Knowledge of the rights should be used not only by parents but also by people who are professionally involved in caring for children.
