Protective Training – Process of Legislation between the Years 1931–2013 – Brief Knowledge

Summary/Abstract: This article deals with process of legislation of protective training between the years 1931 and 2013. The goal of this is not comprehensive analysis of this issue, but the goal is to outline a brief konowledge about the process of legislation. Interpretation starts in the year 1931 when the Act No. 48 was adopted and finishes in the year 2003 when the Act No. 218 was adopted. These two rules could be understood as grounbreaking.
