Summary/Abstract: Organized crime is such a serious problem in the current society that it is necessary to constantly look for new ways to cope with this phenomenon. One of the devices which could help to prosecute such crimes more effectively is turning state’s evidence. This is being submitted for approval within the re-enactment of the criminal procedure.
