Summary/Abstract: The medical staff contributes to the respect of the fundamental rights of to man, enshrined in art. 22 of the Romanian Constitution, the right to life and the right to physical and mental integrity. The exercise of such a profession is carried out through the provision of medical assistance services, based on deontological norms and legal. The deontological norms establish the specific moral foundation for the exercise of this profession, and to the extent that their violation endangers values protected by national and international legislation, the rules are regulated, acquiring legal validity. The main obligations of the doctor in the doctor-patient legal relationship they are the correlative obligations of patients' rights. One of the most important obligations of the doctor is duty of care – to provide attentive, conscientious and compliant caret he current data of medical sciences. Everyone has the right to receive the most suitable care and to benefit from therapies whose effectiveness is recognized and guarantees the best sanitary security in terms of diagnosis the disease, the establishment of the treatment and the cure or improvement of the condition of the patient's health.
