THE BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION COMPETENCE OF THE ROMANIAN MILITARY PERSONEL PARTICIPATING IN THE STABILITY AND SUPPOR

Summary/Abstract: The contact between cultures has become the condition of our existence and of the modern world evolution. Education is also required to be part of this new cultural environment and answer it with a highly new approach, making use of intercultural communication. Young people’s training meant to face and overpass the cultural barriers should be sustained by an intercultural communication based on firstly promoting national values and then on accepting the others’ values as part of the universal human values.
