Summary/Abstract: The military educational system plays an important role in building up and developing the intercultural communication competence of all the Romanian military that are to participate in missions abroad, including the stability and support ones. This role firstly refers to the planning of the model of intercultural communication competence of the Romanian military and then, to the application of this model, using all the appropriate acquired methods to this end.
