Summary/Abstract: The risks in the application of Law on Protection of Persons Signaling or Publicly Disclosing Information regarding Breaches can be predicted in several directions. First of all, this is the risk of the formal attitude to the implementation of the provisions of the law in practice. Secondly, it is the bureaucratic approach. Thirdly, the control bias is especially dangerous, especially highly developed in certain units of the administrations in the public sector. In fourth place, there is the risk of interference by the immediate supervisor in relation to the work of the employees who are responsible for considering reports in the sense of this law.
