Summary/Abstract: The study presents a series of Christian symbols to which much reference has not been made in historiography. Also it presents some less well-known places of worship including the rock ones.These determined a specific spirituality in the first millennium and in the medieval period, an important spirituality for preserving the identity of the population from the north of the lower Danube.
