ACTS OF ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ALBANIAN LEAGUE OF PRIZREN (15-17 OF JUNE 1878)

Summary/Abstract: Representatives of Albanian people of Kosova led by patriots like Ymer Prizreni, Ali Pashë Gucia, Iliaz pashë Dibra, Ahmet Koro-nica, Sylejman Vokshi, Shaip Spahiu etc. are precisely those who were initiators of the National Movement for establishment, right orientation and conducting of the Albanian League of Prizren, from its very first steps. With decisions taken on June 15th, 1878, they paved the path, laid (established) the sound foundation and made possible that this front ensured a leadership of a pan Albanian political and military organisation, against enemies of partition of territorial entirety of Albanians’ motherland, obtaining (getting) a fully national physic-ognomy with the name of the League of Prizren. Therefore, the First autonomist programme of the League of Prizren of June 15th, 1878, a light motive of all requirements of organs and patriotic movements inside and outside realist Albania until the threshold of independence on November 29th, 1912.
