Summary/Abstract: The submitted paper has a theoretical and applied nature and contains two parts. The first part of the contribution is focused on theoretical knowledge about the issue of the relationship between the lesson and the teacher. In general, we define the lesson, goals, elements of planning and preparation of the lesson and classify these concepts from the point of view of experts. The first part of the contribution also includes the teacher's basic pedagogical skills and other necessary components of his preparation for the lesson, such as school documents, didactic analysis of the subject matter, didactic aids. The theoretical starting points can be applied to the preparation of the teacher for a class for both secondary and higher education with an economic focus. The second part of the contribution is transfer, application. The goal is, based on theoretical scientific knowledge, to develop a sample of written teacher preparation for a lesson in the subject Management with the topic: "Properties and skills of managers".
