Summary/Abstract: This article aims to analyze the impact of education on the employment of women in the countries of the European Union. The degree of dependence will be investigated through empirical and correlational analysis. Data from Eurostat were used for a ten-year period (2013-2022). Based on the analysis, the main conclusions about the influence of education on employment among women were drawn.
