Regularities in the development of the section "Criminalistic methodology" and the contribution of Bulgarian criminalists

Summary/Abstract: The present study is dedicated to the regularities in the development of one of the sections of criminalistics – "Criminalistic methodology". The scientific focus of the study is refracted through the prism of the historical development of the section, and the peculiarities of its emergence and development are analyzed and summarized. On this basis, an attempt was made to predict its scientific development in the future. At the same time, the role and contribution of Bulgarian criminalists in the development of this section was investigated.
