Summary/Abstract: The article presents the profiles of three pre-war historians of The Catholic University of Lublin who worked in The State Archives in Lublin at the same time. After a short presentation of their biography contains an analysis of their contribution to the development of the Lublin archives. Finally, the names of post-war employees of the University who worked in the Lublin archives were mentioned.
