Summary/Abstract: The following article presents organist Stanisław Wyszyński. He worked in several parishes on the border of Mazowsze and Podlasie in the first half of the twentieth century. He knew how to combine work and family life. He was also an exemplary Catholic. Stefan Wyszyński, later Primate of the Poland, was born to that family. The article includes biographical information about Primate’s family. His father was always proud of his son, who held the highest office of the church. Stanisław often visited his son, and at the end of his life he lived with him in the archbishop's palace. The article also shows relations between father and son, which were particularly highlighted in correspondence during the time of imprisonment of Primate Wyszyński. In addition, Stanisław Wyszyński’s illness and death were described in detail. Finally, the paper mentions television productions in which he appeared.
