Summary/Abstract: The paper aims at presenting and defining the concept of culture with its specific domain related to cross culture in the context of interaction between different ethnic and national background both as co-habiting national minorities and as a result of globalisation and borderless travelling and circulation of ideas, labour force, technology and invention. It also enhances the effects on overall general and business human contacts generated by the different way of thinking and speaking that characterises different people and nations, pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of being separate entities with distinct language, cultural, educational and mentality background.
