Summary/Abstract: This article focuses on the importance of strategic intelligence and management control systems in dynamic decision making. The Strategic Intelligence Model (SIM) was introduced as a framework for understanding and integrating the various aspects of strategic intelligence. Management control systems are discussed as a means for implementing and monitoring strategic decisions. The article explores the interaction between SIM and management control systems, emphasizing the need for alignment between the two in order to achieve effective decision making. The article concludes with a discussion of the implications of the SIM and management control systems for organizations and their leaders, highlighting the benefits of integrating these concepts into overall strategic planning and decision-making processes. The research adopts a comprehensive approach to explore the strategic intelligence model, which encompasses the collection, analysis, and interpretation of relevant information for decision making. Furthermore, it investigates the management control systems that enable organizations to monitor and guide their operations toward strategic goals.
