Social Climate at the Polish Juvenile Detention Center: Pedagogical Analysis of Creative Factors

Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the issues of the social climate at a very distinctive institution, which is the juvenile detention center.We discuss the results of the study carried out in nine such institutions. They seize elements which build up social climate at the center and show the relations between the profiles of educators and pupils at detention centers under study and their experience, activity and specific dimensions of the social climate in those institutions.
