Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the work of the “Local History” Department of the “Aprilov–Palauzov” Regional Library of Gabrovo during the 7 months period after the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak in Bulgaria. The libraries were closed and changes in the way the Department works were necessary.
