Summary/Abstract: In recent years, the fourth industrial revolution has led to an exponential development of digital technologies, which is constantly producing changes in all areas of activity, including national security. Industry 4.0 will bring the boundaries between the real and the virtual closer, so that the conflicts of the 21st century will migrate more and more in the digital environment. Considering that the defense industry is no longer the main goal of technological developments, the military domain will have to adapt to the innovations of the civilian environment.
