Summary/Abstract: Automotive press in Poland has a long tradition reaching to the times of partitions. The first Polish automotive periodical to appear was “Gazeta Automobilowa” (Automobile Gazette), appearing in Lviv for only a few months in 1911. Another, equally short-lived magazine appeared in Krakow under the name “Czasopismo Automobilowe” (Automobile Magazine, 1920-1921). The article is devoted to these two little-known and unique periodicals.
