Summary/Abstract: Straipsnyje nagrinėjami lyčių skirtumai valdymo procese, pradedant biologiniais, prigimtiniais skirtumais. The article analyses gender differences in the management process, starting from the biological, inherent differences. The phenomenon of "glass ceiling" is being discussed. The results of the study deny hypothesis that men and women differently evaluate tactics applied by their managers, but confirm another hypothesis - there are more men than women in higher positions.
