It is determined, on the one hand, by the fact that the given crimes threaten both public security, peace, human security,transport, public authorities and state security, as well as life, health, integrity, personal freedom, heritage, environment and, on theother hand, the fact that those facts have recently become widespread. The combating against these serious crimes can only be achievedthrough fruitful international cooperation and collaboration. Only in this way is it possible to protect security and international peace
