Summary/Abstract: conducting anti-terrorist operations is made by a number of special subdivisions of the Interior Ministry, the Intelligence and Security Service, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defence etc. It's about the special police brigade „FULGER”, Antiterrorist Center, Special destination detachment „ALFA” and Special destination detachment „PANTERA”. Good achievement for this process is due, in a great measure, of psychological insurance of intervention measures including entrainment effective negotiations by specialized people - psychological negotiators.
