Summary/Abstract: In the regulation of legal preemptions, not only is the potestative right of the preemptor to be able to purchase a certain good with priority over any other person established, but also the specific manner in which this right is exercised, depending on the category of goods. This can be illustrated by the provisions applicable to certain real estate properties, in the context of the special laws governing them.
