Summary/Abstract: The commission pact constitutes a contractual clause, but for its deletion from the land register, the procedure provided for by art. 24 para. (4) lit. b) from the Cadaster and Real Estate Advertising Law no. 7/1996, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions, must be completed. Representing a special procedure, it is not applicable in the case of unilateral resolution, regulated by art. 1552 of the Civil Code.
