Summary/Abstract: The article is theoretical, so it was based on literature studies. The purpose of the work was the creation of a concept to systematize the research the results of research on strategic intelligence and strategic thinking. The adopted research procedure included the analysis and synthesis of selected literature item. The analysis was based on deductive reasoning. The synthesis of the literature was based on inductive reasoning. As a result of literature research, components of strategic intelligence and strategic thinking have been identified. Behavioral strategies of enterprises with different levels of strategic thinking as well as characteristics of enterprises with high, medium and low levels of strategic intelligence are presented. Finally, the concept of strategic intelligence as a process of strategic thinking and strategic action was presented. The findings are relevant for future inquiries into methods of developing strategic intelligence and strategic thinking and acting in a sectoral context.
