Summary/Abstract: Alex Goldiș is not the only one - and not the first - to be concerned about the (for too long precarious) state of Nichita Stănescu's posterity. Some time before him, the poet, journalist, essayist and monographer Ioan Groșescu (from Ploiesti) also suffered from this anguish, well motivated by local patriotism. While Goldiș was resolving his concerns with an inquiry, Groșescu set to work as a salahor and gathered a massive documentary on the state of this posterity.
