Obligations of public administration entities towards entrepreneurs in the light of the selected regulations of the Law on Entrepreneurs of 6 March 2018

Summary/Abstract: The article contains a discussion on the selected legal rules from the Act of 6 March 2018 Right of Entrepreneurs (consolidated text published in the Journal of Laws of 2023, item 221). This act strengthens the legal position of entrepreneurs in relation to public administration. It results from obligations imposed by this act on public administration bodies. The aim of the article is to present an analysis of these legal solutions. Within the analysis, possible problems connected with applying these rules have been also pointed out. The formulated thesis says that the Act of 6 March 2018 Right of Entrepreneurs correctly weighs the obligations of public administration bodies towards economic subjects. In conclusion, it has been stated that the above-mentioned act supports the position of entrepreneurs in contact with public administration bodies and restricts the discretion of these bodies. At the same time, these bodies are not excessively tied by the rules of this act, because these bodies can take into consideration the individual circumstances of a given case.
