(Un)safety of a child on the Internet – a critical analysis of the phenomenon of sharing, troll parenting and monetization of a child’s image

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to draw attention to the intensification of the phenomenon of sharing, troll parenting and monetization of the image of a child on the Internet. The basis of these considerations will be the presentation of the most important legal solutions correlating with the discussed phenomena. In addition, the most important threats related to mass and unreflective sharing of information in social media will also be presented. To the extent necessary for this text, statistics related to the subject matter will be presented. The conclusions drawn from the undertaken issues concern in particular the presentation of threats, as well as the main postulates systematized in the form of questions. The basic postulate is a special benefit for not related to what brings unreflective sharing of a child’s image on the Internet.
