Summary/Abstract: To create a culture of learning, we need a common language of learning. The digital age required a new kind of education, with new skills, new ways of working and a more flexible culture of learning due to the possibilities and the need for speed. Digitalisation in education contributes to change by creating communication networks that foster access to other cultures and create opportunities for learning activities that promote critical thinking and creativity in an increasingly interconnected world. Learning with technology has been adopted from a cultural perspective too, in the sense that learners seeks, imagines, creates or transforms objects in a digital environment and interact with the natural world, placing them at the service of further development, whatever it may be while the development of humanity is under the influence of certain requirements arising from the fact that the risks associated with technologies have themselves led to their consideration as cultural phenomena. Learning opportunities in the use of digital tools should be available to all and designed to ensure inclusiveness.
