Summary/Abstract: Social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Tik-Tok, etc., as well as alternative channels for communication, marketing and dissemination of information such as Whatsapp, Telegram, Viber, etc. create comfortable conditions for holding various events, campaigns, rapid promotion of political messages, promotion of new political formations and individual subjects. At the same time, the online environment is extremely convenient for filtering information, propaganda, spreading misinformation and fake news. The quality and credibility of information, among the mass reader and consumer, is displaced by sensationalism and the feeling of news "saturation".
