Summary/Abstract: The theoretical article focused on the theoretical and methodological dilemmas related to enterprise’s social responsibility. This paper demonstrated a diverse interpretation and dichotomic discourse issues of theoretical and practical consideration of social responsibility validity. In addition, the methodological dilemmas referred to formulation and implementation of research assumptions were presented.
