Summary/Abstract: The article, based on the subject literature, indicates necessity of arrangement of onomatology, definition of key notions and systematization of elements of corporate social responsibility. Moreover it focuses on the argumentation for and against social responsibility and on the discussion of the possibility to include it in a group of management concept.
