Summary/Abstract: Technological development has caused changes in various fields, including the labor market-development of new forms of work. The aim of the study was to adapt the Spanish tool measuring precarious working conditions (EPRES II) and to compare working conditions between platform workers, freelancers and traditional workers. The EPRES II scale has been translated into Polish. 672 Polish employees took part in the study. The confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the original 6-factor structure of the tool. The internal consistency of the subscales was considered acceptable. This allows us to conclude that the Polish version of EPRES-PL has satisfactory psychometric properties. The surveyed occupational groups differ in terms of precarious working conditions. The least precarious working conditions, with the exception of the Vulnerability subscale, are characteristic of traditional employees.
