Financial and insurance literacy in Poland

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to present a critical analysis of different concepts related to financial literacy. Discussion of the usefulness of standard questions on financial literacy and a presentation of the first Polish research of “Big Three” questions on financial literacy compared with selected countries are also included. Finally, a questionnaire on insurance literacy and the findings from Polish research are presented.
