Summary/Abstract: Purpose of the Research: The purpose of this qualitative research is to understand and evaluate the relationship between teachers' educational management and student achievement through exemplary best practices at national and international levels, and their own experiences. Research Method: The research was conducted through semi-structured interviews with a total of 10 teachers from different branches in Adıyaman province, adopting a qualitative approach. Participants vary in terms of age, seniority, branch, marital status and education levels. The interview form used in the data collection process was designed in accordance with the focus of the research. Findings: The findings of the research show that the relationship between educational management and student success is perceived differently among teachers. Participants evaluated this relationship as high, medium and low. In addition, exemplary practices at national and international levels were also evaluated. Practices such as PISA Exams, Finnish Education Model, Canadian Education System and Singapore Education Approach have come to the fore. However, different evaluations have been made regarding the impact of these applications. Teachers' views and experiences reflected how educational policies affected their daily practice.
