Summary/Abstract: The paper aims to carry out an analysis of the support measures addressed to employers and employees during the Covid pandemic 19, such as the allowance granted to employees whose work schedule has been reduced by the employer, the support measures for day labourers, the settlement of part of the salary obtained by employees with whom the employer has concluded individual fixed-term employment contracts, from a theoretical perspective and their practical incidence.The measures under consideration are implemented through public institutions and the intention of the legislature was and remains to support with their help the parties to the employment relationship in order to maintain, wherever possible, the employment relationship, in the form negotiated by the parties at the conclusion of the individual employment contract or possibly amended, suspended, until the situation faced by employers during the Covid pandemic is remedied.
