A Few Considerations Regarding the Staff Status of Social Service Providers

Summary/Abstract: The scientific approach starts with defining the main phrases that will be used in the process, namely: social services, social services providers, individual labor contract, service report, liberal profession.The analysis of the types of employment relationships in which the social services providers may be part, respectively the work relationships, born after the conclusion of the individual labor contract, the work relationship of the public servant like the one born out of the exercise of the liberal profession by the social assistant, highlight their diversity of status and the concrete aspects designed to generate specific proposals to amend the legislation in this field too.
