Summary/Abstract: In the article, the wage and salary mean values congruity in selected profession groups in the public sector of health care in the Czech Republic for the period of 2011 to 2016 is assessed. The assumption that the same educational level determined by certain requirements for the quality of the worker is equally financially valued in the private and public sector, is verified. In addition, the components of wages and salaries between individual professions are compared. Finally, the congruity of the wage and salary dynamics development is verified. For this purpose, one-dimensional analysis of variance is applied, complemented with boxplots.
